### What are the differences between a Prompt and an Intent in the context of Chasm Network?

A prompt, in our context, is a unit that addresses a specific problem. It can be referred to as a Single-Issue Prompt as it focuses on a single question.

> e.g.: Are dogs carnivores or herbivores?

On the other hand, an intent is a complex set of instructions that can be broken down into multiple prompts. It may have several goals and handling methods, which can influence the final output. An intent could also be a very open-ended question.

> e.g.: Generate a game world system based on the Harry Potter novel series.

In its advanced stage, ChasmRouter will be capable of decomposing complex intents and managing them appropriately. In the example above, a sequence of specific intents will be created and linked together in Weave’s style, then evaluated individually.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://network-docs.chasm.net/entering-chasm/chasm-faq.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
